00:00:00: And the next company has brought us two machines from Italy.
00:00:04: Let's start with that crocodile here!
00:00:06: What is this made for?
00:00:08: The Crocodile Plus, a high-talk multi-purpose twin shaft shredder designed to be the primary treatment of waste wood and construction in demolition materials C&D.
00:00:19: It is the most compact shredder in our range featuring a rotor length of one point five meters while Our largest model features a shaft length of two metres.
00:00:32: The machine is powered by a one hundred and sixty kilowatt Volvo Penta engine, And it's also available in a one-hundred seventy five kilowatt variant for heavy duty waste applications.
00:00:43: This version Is currently equipped on this demo unit.
00:00:47: the cooling includes a hydraulic reversible fan For automatic radiator cleaning.
00:00:52: The control system allows for independent shaft management, enabling rotors to operate in synchro or asynchro with variable speeds and automatic reverse cycles.
00:01:03: On-board control features three preset work programs – C&D, Wood, Waste….
00:01:09: …and the option to configure customized cycles based on a specific material being processed.
00:01:14: What different configurations are optional?
00:01:18: The machine offers various configurations specific operational requirements.
00:01:23: The current setup is the standard configuration, C&D shafts and a flat impact bar with side grids currently in closed position Depending on material.
00:01:34: unit can be equipped with paddle shafts, six-star shaft or metal shaft.
00:01:39: These rotor types are also available for two meter version of our bigger machine.
00:01:43: And how about output size options?
00:01:47: For enhanced flexibility in the demolition and waste sectors, The output size can be controlled through interchangeable vertical side grids or grids with various hole dimensions.
00:01:58: And different types of impact bars Or full grid systems installed under the rotors.
00:02:04: It
00:02:04: looks compact but not too heavy.
00:02:06: How many tons does it weigh?
00:02:08: how is material controllable?
00:02:11: Well, with a weight of sixteen tons the machine is radio-controlled and equipped with a tilting hopper to increase loading surface.
00:02:19: It features magnetic overband separator.
00:02:26: The product conveyor is designed to operate at three different inclinations, To increase the clearance between frame and belt.
00:02:33: Preventing material build-up in challenging waste applications.
00:02:42: Right?
00:02:43: Yes.
00:02:43: The Crocodile Plus is the perfect partner to work in line with the Compacto-one hundred and twenty four for construction and demolition applications, And the KDDS fifty twelve disc screen For waste and wood processing.
00:02:56: Okay then let's have a closer look To the next one standing right beside the crocodile plus.
00:03:03: okay Then Let's carry on With your Next Machine.
00:03:06: Tell us something about this One Twenty Four.
00:03:10: I've seen a lot but it looks like i have never see this before, right?
00:03:13: That's Right!
00:03:15: The Compacto-one hundred and twenty four is the newest addition to our screening range.
00:03:19: And currently stands as the largest Sculper Screener we produce.
00:03:24: A key feature of this model Is its operational flexibility Depending on material process and chosen configuration.
00:03:32: The Compactor One Hundred and Twenty Four can be used effectively As both a Sculpa and finishing screener.
00:03:38: Current
00:03:39: machines should be compact for transportation and should offer maximal screening options.
00:03:44: How about these requirements?
00:03:47: Well, the screening deck is approximately four metres long and the machine has an overall weight of eighteen tonne.
00:03:54: It's fully mobile thanks to its tracked undercarriage allowing it move across the job site where ever needed.
00:04:00: furthermore this machine was designed for a forty foot high cube container for transport.
00:04:05: And
00:04:06: what kind materials are they made from?
00:04:09: The Compacto-I-Ii adapts to various materials via interchangeable meshes, allowing you achieve the desired output size.
00:04:18: Specifically ,the top deck is four point two meters squared.
00:04:23: it can be equipped with bars or fingers as well as punch plate and meshes.
00:04:28: .The bottom Deck is three point eight six square metres.
00:04:31: It's used for final selection measures.
00:04:34: The Meshes on the Top Deck are divided into three sections while the bottom deck uses two, facilitating easier replacement and reducing spare part costs.
00:04:45: The machine can operate in a three fraction configuration oversize, mid-size and fines.
00:04:51: Alternatively without removing any parts the oversized conveyor can be retracted to combine the mid size AND oversize products for two fraction with fine material on a side belt.
00:05:03: So
00:05:03: let's also talk about what engine is doing its powerful work here.
00:05:08: And are there options?
00:05:10: Well this machine is powered by a Deutz fifty five kilowatt engine.
00:05:14: It has also available in a hybrid version by radio remote control.
00:05:19: And with that power you get how much output through?
00:05:23: With a production capacity that can reach three hundred and fifty tons per hour, it's the perfect partner to work in line without crocodile plus shredder!
00:05:32: Okay
00:05:32: sounds really interesting.
00:05:33: this combination brought from Italy here to EFAT…and let's carry on now.
